Palm Hills Apartment is a refined contemporary residential interior designed around warm luxury, layered textures, and calm visual balance. The project combines a formal reception setting, intimate lounge moments, curated artwork, natural planting, carefully detailed bathrooms, and a cohesive material language.
Design Challenge
Balance expressive materials and decorative elements, including carved wall relief, dark patterned curtains, strong artwork, teal upholstery, natural wood, brass, stone, and mosaic surfaces, without overcrowding the interior or losing consistency between the reception, corridor, lounge, and bathroom spaces.
Design Solution
A warm contemporary palette of walnut-toned wood, soft greige and cream upholstery, dark teal accents, brushed brass, textured plaster, grey stone, and patterned tile surfaces creates a consistent visual identity. Layered daylight, concealed lighting, decorative fixtures, and refined bathroom details support both atmosphere and function.
